Marianne Malone tells us to focus on working hard!

On Monday fourth and fifth graders learned that it is HARD WORK to get a book published! Author Marianne Malone shared her writing experiences with us and we found that she spent FIVE YEARS from start to finish getting her book, The Sixty-Eight Rooms published! Wow! Now a research paper will not be so daunting!

Peter Brown a huge hit with 1st and 2nd graders!

What a wonderful visit we had from author Peter Brown. First and Second graders had a blast hearing about how fun it is to be an author/illustrator!
